Level 4 – Creator / Leader
Leading through innovation.
At Level 4 – Creator/Leader, learners (typically ages 13–15) step into roles of leadership, collaboration, and advanced integration of STEAM disciplines. They are no longer just solving problems — they are guiding teams, designing complex projects, and inspiring peers.
👩🚀 What Learners Do
- Lead or co-lead multidisciplinary projects with real-world applications.
- Mentor younger Ambassadors, acting as role models within the programme.
- Work on advanced topics such as smart cities, IoT systems, AI applications, and environmental monitoring.
- Showcase projects through exhibitions, competitions, and community events.
🎯 Skills & Competences
- Leadership & Collaboration: guiding teams, delegating tasks, and motivating peers.
- STEAM Mastery: integrating advanced science (space exploration, ecosystems, biotechnology), mathematics (statistics, geometry in design), and technology (AI basics, app design).
- Digital Skills: advanced teamwork tools, online collaboration, and data analysis (DigComp 2.4, 3.2).
- Entrepreneurial Skills: mobilising others, creating social value, and pitching ideas (EntreComp advanced).
🏆 Certification & Recognition
- Learners are assessed through an exam scenario, a challenge-based task, and portfolio evidence of leadership and integration.
- Graduates receive the Level 4 – Creator/Leader Certificate, accredited by the Cyprus Certification Company (CCC).
- This stage prepares learners for Level 5 – Ambassador, where they demonstrate full mastery and independent innovation with global impact.
